Lincolnshire's SEND Local Offer is an online information service that explains what support and services are available in your local area for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and their families.
Lincolnshire Parent Carer Forum
LPCF is specifically tasked with working alongside the Local Authority and Health to help ensure that the services they plan, commission, deliver and monitor meet the needs of children with Disabilities and Special Educational Needs.
Liaise
Liaise is Lincolnshire's Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS). We provide confidential and impartial information, advice and support to children and young people up to the age of 25, with SEN and disabilities, and their parents and carers.
ESCO- Early Support Care Coordination
Early Support Care Co-ordination (ESCO) aims to raise the standards of care for children and young people, aged 0-18 years, who have significant and complex needs and require targeted coordination of services. The Early Support Care Co-ordination (ESCO) team provides virtual drop-in appointments via phone call.

Action for Children- Parent Talk
Parent Talk offers free advice for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 19 in the UK. We can support families with disabled and neurodivergent young people up to age 25.

Lincolnshire Centre for Grief and Loss
We work with Children & Young Persons (CYP) across a range of issues including bereavement, family/relationship breakdown, serious illness/disability and anticipatory grief. Our counselling takes place face-to-face in educational settings including special schools, alternative provision and colleges, online and via the telephone or at our centre in Lincoln.
