Message from Outreach
As this situation regarding the COVID-19 virus progresses we would like to provide an update regarding the service offered by The Physical Disabilities Outreach Team. The situation is changing rapidly therefore details may change however, as it stands the following is in place:
We are using the voucher scheme set up by the government through Edenred (https://www.edenred.co.uk/reward-recipients/Free-School-Meal-Vouchers/).
You will receive vouchers on a 2 or 4 weekly basis. If your child attends school, they will receive a meal in school and then vouchers for the days they are not in school.
Vouchers can either be sent by email or post and are available for the following supermarkets:
We are also able to provide vouchers for the Co-Op. If you would like these specifically please contact the school directly.
If you think your child may be entitled to free school meals, but you are yet to claim please apply using the online service - https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/school-pupil-support/apply-free-school-meals.
A response is usually received the same day. If you are entitled to free meals please contact school with the response and we will arrange for vouchers to be sent to you.
There have been significant issues with the government system due to the volume of schools using it, so if you are yet to receive any vouchers or are having issues with the voucher scheme please contact Georgia, our School Business Manager by email at email@example.com or by phone/text – 07741 598358
