  • All training sessions and appointments are being cancelled until further notice. We are keeping a record of all cancellations with a view to booking these again at a later date
  • Please forward this to parent/carers of whom we support and we will be able to offer support by phone or email whilst they are at home.
  • All children and young people whom are receiving a service from our outreach team please respond to this email or call a team member to discuss best options for continuing this.
  • We will continue to accept referrals, please see the outreach section of our school website for details. These will be organised remotely, please email one of the team below.
  • Please follow us on twitter @outreach_pd where we will continue to suggest strategies and online resources which are available to use.

Free School Meals

We are using the voucher scheme set up by the government through Edenred (https://www.edenred.co.uk/reward-recipients/Free-School-Meal-Vouchers/).

You will receive vouchers on a 2 or 4 weekly basis. If your child attends school, they will receive a meal in school and then vouchers for the days they are not in school.

Vouchers can either be sent by email or post and are available for the following supermarkets:

  • Aldi
  • McColl’s
  • Morrisons
  • Tesco
  • Sainsbury’s
  • Asda
  • Waitrose
  • M&S

We are also able to provide vouchers for the Co-Op. If you would like these specifically please contact the school directly.

If you think your child may be entitled to free school meals, but you are yet to claim please apply using the online service - https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/school-pupil-support/apply-free-school-meals.

A response is usually received the same day. If you are entitled to free meals please contact school with the response and we will arrange for vouchers to be sent to you.

There have been significant issues with the government system due to the volume of schools using it, so if you are yet to receive any vouchers or are having issues with the voucher scheme please contact Georgia, our School Business Manager by email at georgia.brown@st-francis.lincs.sch.uk or by phone/text – 07741 598358
